History: Mr. James A. Warren founded J.A. Warren & Associates in 1992 to focus on the software segments of his Engineering and Manufacturing consulting business. In 1997, J.A. Warren & Associates changed its name to ADM Solutions, Inc.  Mr. Warren is an electrical engineer with significant experience in Materials Management and manufacturing. He is a Certified Manufacturing Engineer (CMFGE) and a Certified Fellow in Production and Inventory Management (CFPIM).

Mark earned a BS in Industrial Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University and was commissioned an Officer in the the United States Navy. After serving our country four years, Mark left the Navy and went to work as a manufacturing manager for Corning Incorportated. Over the course of his career, Mark has worked in both discrete and process manufacturing environments in the glass, ceramics, and steel industries.  Mark joined ADM Solutions, Inc. in 1996 and has been selling, implementing, and supporting Syspro ERP installations for nearly 15 years.
